If you have a Life Membership, you must first send your application to our Executive Director for status verification.  Email it as an attachment to sbutler@kacp.org

If you need an INVOICE sent for agency payment, please complete the online application for each member of your department that will be covered under the invoice, then email cward@kacp.org and an invoice will be sent.
